The Impossible Question - Episode 4

Jack arrives full of confidence.

He’s travelled all the way from London, and from the moment he steps behind the podium, he looks ready for whatever The Impossible Question can throw at him.

For a while...

...it actually looks like he might have this.

Answer after answer, Jack keeps his cool. He thinks carefully, trusts his instincts, and somehow manages to stay one step ahead of the game. Even Josh seems impressed as the correct answers keep coming.

But confidence can be dangerous.

Because on The Impossible Question, every right answer only builds the anticipation for what's waiting at the end.

When the final question is over, there's no escaping what's coming next.

A torrent of thick yellow slime crashes down over Jack, completely engulfing him in one of the messiest gungeings the show has seen.

Surely that's enough?

Not quite.

As Jack stands dripping from head to toe, AJ can't resist getting involved. Handing Josh an enormous cream pie from off camera, Josh wastes no time planting it squarely in Jack's face, leaving him absolutely covered and the studio in hysterics.

Jack may have impressed everyone with his performance...

...but he'll be remembered for just how messy his reward turned out to be.
